JacobRolf Jacob Sartorius was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The parents of the child were not able to take care of him right away after his birth , and he was adopted and relocated to Virginia. The adoptive family raised him to the age of Reston Virginia. At seven year old, Sartorius was singing in musicals. He also discovered his passion for performance.
